What Is Cultured Marble
“Cultured Marble” is an artificial marble. As the name suggests, it is a decorative material that imitates natural marble made through artificial synthesis technology. It is not a natural stone. Its main component is resin. The secondary components include calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, etc. In order to present the same texture as natural marble, auxiliary components such as pigments, curing agents, and accelerators are also indispensable. After mixing these ingredients in a certain ratio, put them into the mold and pour them into the mold and wait for them to solidify and form. Take out the formed and cooled plate and grind and polish it. At this point, a piece of cultured marble that can perfectly imitate the texture and appearance of natural marble is born.
